I took my daughter who is 15 for an ultrasound today. She has autism. The 2 sonographers were brilliant. They were patient and kind and checked in on her and explained what they were doing. Thank you very much and for giving up your Sunday. X

You hear so much negativity around the NHS and I’d just like to publicly take a moment to say that’s not my experience and very specifically the wound clinic team have been not just professionally excellent, but supportive and empathetic. I needed daily dressings following surgery for bowel cancer. The team here were outstanding in the quality of care. Thank you. As for parking, read the signage like you should do in all car parks !! Plus receptionists are always checking as people arrive and check in for their appointments
Tried to cancel an appointment, ended up getting attitude. The woman on the phone clearly hates her job. Patronising tone no help at all, please make it clear that this phone number is does not even connect you to the clinic. Try professionalism for once.
