Our whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. We can't say enough about how easy it was working with this whole team. From Nick in the showroom, to Bob the installation manager, to the crew that came to do the job; everyone was super professional, very responsive and a pleasure to work with! We replaced 10 windows in our home -- the project was started and finished earlier than expected. We love the windows -- great job all around! Thank you!
They sell Therma Tru doors but Home Depot sells the same door for literally 1/2 the price. Shop around and save significant money. I can’t speak to their service but they are very expensive compared to other retailers
Did not end up going with Rochester Colonial for my replacement windows (ended up wanting to match the brand to existing windows) but was very impressed with the quoting experience, both in the showroom and in-home assessment with Matt B. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, with fair pricing and access to great products through Marvin.
All I can say is dealing with Rochester Colonial was a great experience start to finish. Our installation was in 2019, great customer service still.
