I had a collision repair and they did a phenomenal job not only did they wipe the insides of my car down but they made sure my vehicle was fixed fast I loved the new bumper I got I forgot the names but I was the chrysler 300s and i just want to say thank you so much for the flexibility and doing it quick they had my bumper repaired within 3 days and called me as soon as it was done they walked me through the paperwork and made sure i understood what was going on if you ever are in an accident this is definitely the place to ... read more
As a person who really doesn't know much about my repairs and also as a person who was dealing with a collision that was not in any way my fault, I was grateful for Rochester Collision Center. They sympathized with me, took time to answer my questions, and did quality work. I was very impressed with how I was treated. They communicated regularly with me, and they got my car done in a timely manner!
My 2012 Chevrolet Impala had Damage to the front end when I bought it, and I wanted to get the bumper replaced to match the original. The Collision center team,Gail and John were fantastic and pleasant to work with and ensured I was taken care of. The end result couldn’t be better, it looks like a brand new car. I would definitely do business with them again if I ever had the need.

I have had my vehicle rear ended the collision department at Rochester Chevrolet installed my repair of the liftgate and bumper October 2024. The temperature dropped below 33 degree this winter and my liftgate would not open. I went to the collision center to report the problem three times. Each time they ran me around.
