My 2012 Chevrolet Impala had Damage to the front end when I bought it, and I wanted to get the bumper replaced to match the original. The Collision center team,Gail and John were fantastic and pleasant to work with and ensured I was taken care of. The end result couldn’t be better, it looks like a brand new car. I would definitely do business with them again if I ever had the need.

I have had my vehicle rear ended the collision department at Rochester Chevrolet installed my repair of the liftgate and bumper October 2024. The temperature dropped below 33 degree this winter and my liftgate would not open. I went to the collision center to report the problem three times. Each time they ran me around. I finally took my car in to a shop that handles my specific vehicle Volkswagen Tiguan. I wish I could leave less than 1 star review. Took my van in to get fixed after a minor accident. When we finally went to get it back, we saw a flaw and pointed it out to the worker. I believe his name was John, he said it would take a while to fix. His attitude and tone gave off that he really could care less if we were satisfied or not. We left the van there and asked them to do it correctly, then received a call back an hour later that it was done.
