Clean, efficient, excellent care
I am a Priority Group 1 veteran with a service-connected disability resulting from combat. Despite this status, I waited eight months to be seen for mental health care at the Rochester Calkins VA Clinic. Throughout that time, I faced obstacles at every step—poor communication, repeated delays, and little to no meaningful assistance in navigating care.
