I was simply doing a back exercise with a kettlebell in my socks for better stability and a “trainer” came up and told me to put my shoes on. I was shocked by his request and confused, since I wasn’t doing anything wrong. For what the RAC charges members I shouldn’t be told to wear socks during a exercise. Terrible
RecommendedThis place is great for individuals and family’s who love to be active! Third is so much to do from exercise to tennis, from basketball to swimming, it’s just an overall great place to spend your day!!
