My partner called to get an intake appointment and the founder/only therapist there (Sheilagh) appeared to be super avoidant. We were on our way to visit the place and she told us that she had clients that day so we shouldn’t come. It was not a welcoming experience at all. She sat and listened to my partner give her a brief history of his illness for 10 minutes and told my partner that she would call him back to set up an intake appointment and never did.
