very bad place
I had an excellent experience at Rochester Pain Solution and the Rochester Ambulatory Surgery Center. Not only is Dr. Hadian phenomenal, but his entire staff is just as amazing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was prompt, kind, and professional. They made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure, which truly meant a lot. The entire staff is amazing!
The RNs were amazingly compassionate, friendly, and helpful while being professional. From asking if I would like a warmed blanket. Administration of lidocaine before starting the IV and helping me to get dressed post-op. Little things that make all the difference in the world. Thank you everyone.
