The entire staff is amazing!
The RNs were amazingly compassionate, friendly, and helpful while being professional. From asking if I would like a warmed blanket. Administration of lidocaine before starting the IV and helping me to get dressed post-op. Little things that make all the difference in the world. Thank you everyone.
My pre-op nurse, Terri, and my PACU nurse, Betsy, were both awesome! Very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Very professional staff and great time management. I was in pre-op almost immediately after I checked in. Dr. Lou and Dr. Olsen are awesome! They’re also very friendly, thoughtful and show they care for their patients. Very attentive to my questions. Friendly staff from front end associate to nurses, anesthesia and discharge. Clean and high tech. Definitely recommend if you have a choice of surgery center.
