Cannot thank RTC enough for the outstanding service I received yesterday. On my way from Houston to Wisconsin when my Hino box truck went into reduced engine power mode due to a DEF issue that was preventing the truck from running its own regen cycle. They were able to hook up to the truck and run a couple of manual regen cycles and clear up the fault allowing me to complete my trip.
