Only been here for six months, and having some terrible experiences. They continually turn off the water without warning beforehand, the electricity has been shut off in December and we were left without heating in 30 degree weather. The parking lot is a disaster and the repair service has become steadily worse. We put in work orders for a fire alarm and dish washer which were not working, and since no one showed up to fix them, we had to repair them ourselves. 1 star rating, do not rent here, it is a nightmare.
Pay rent on time and tried screwing us with our lease . The lady they have in the office is the rudest the things that come out of her mouth are very unprofessional.
The current management is really helpful, really kind, and really on top of renovations. These apartments have been around for a while, but at these great prices and with a staff and community like this, I am 1000% ok with waiting through a few updates every now and then. I've lived here for going on 3 years, and I plan to stay for as long as I am in the area. I definitely recommend Rochelle Place.
