This walk-in clinic in Rochelle was by far the worst I’ve visited. Dr. Lucinda was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns after a work injury. Despite explaining my pain, she insisted I perform physical exercises that caused more harm, including lifting a 40-pound kettlebell and 50-pound weight. The experience was frustrating and unsafe, and I would strongly advise seeking care elsewhere for proper, attentive treatment.
This clinic turned me away and I was in severe pain. They told me use ice and ibuprofen.
Unprofessional, Rude, and an absolute waste of time. I’ve never been treated in this manner from any hospital or clinic. I seen the nurse practitioner Lucinda for pain in my neck from some boxes hitting me in the back of the head the previous day. She started me off with simple arm gestures then she wanted me to lift up the 40lb kettlebell from the chair which as soon as I tried I failed to lift it an inch because of my hurt trapezoid.
