I will say the young ladies at this clinic beside the Petro truck stop in Rochelle Illinois is amazing. Their service is great they really know what they are doing and they do not have you sitting around waiting for hours. I was very amazed of the service I received for my DOT Drug test I was in and out and back on the road to make money. Thank you ladies for great service.
This walk-in clinic in Rochelle was by far the worst I’ve visited. Dr. Lucinda was unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns after a work injury. Despite explaining my pain, she insisted I perform physical exercises that caused more harm, including lifting a 40-pound kettlebell and 50-pound weight. The experience was frustrating and unsafe, and I would strongly advise seeking care elsewhere for proper, attentive treatment.
