Had a bad reaction to a medication and couldn't open my eyes. Was in and out in less than an hour! Dr Nitsche was kind, attentive, knowledgeable and gave me drops that numbed the pain so I could open my eyes again. Everyone from start to finish was kind and warm and I felt so much better when I left. We just moved to this area and, as a mom, I'm happy there's such a good team nearby.

These guys were amazing. Probably the best ER staff I have ever come across. My boyfriend went into DKA and they were the nearest hospital and they were extremely attentive to him. We are so appreciative of the staff that took care of him. Thank you.

Horrible bedside manner. Disconnect between staff. Inexperienced and ignorant staff. Very rude and disrespectful. Break hippa. Judgemental. Don't care about modesty. I'd rather die than be treated by RCH again.

Nursing staff is amazing however the er doctor made me feel like he had better things to do didn’t bother listening to me ran labs which I told him would be normal and then sent me home didn’t bother running any tests on me said my loss of control in my hands was from hyperventilating turns out I have to see neurologist because that’s not normal. Thankfully I went follow up with my dr who was extremely upset they didn’t do any tests specially since my bp was 149/116 they just said I was fine
