Julia in the showroom has been a delight to work with. She has gone above and beyond to help with the new bathroom in Hawley as well as a quick update on our New York bathroom. Honest and reliable people who really go that extra mile. And the delivery person who made even the smallest delivery easy as well. My new goto plumbing and bathroom design place.
Woke up with no heat on first floor today. I Diagnosed the issue and found out it was a faulty zone valve motor. Roche had the part in stock. Fixed the motor in 5 minutes and heat is now working. Thank you !!
They're not very good. I call in for parts.. they don't get back to you. I called in to see if they found anything out about the parts and they claimed they never spoke to me. You just lost a 30+ year customer. Also. If you're looking for Navien parts.. APR has them. You're welcome.
