Unfortunately cant provide -1 rating. Pls avoid this place. BIG SCAMMERS. Sending out debt collector bill after 1 year for $299 like others mentioned for unnecessary test. They never contacted us and kept trying to reach out to inactive insurance and coming with lame excuse as doctors office kept giving that insurance details. Didnt have any problem with other bills. STAY AWAY !!!!
LIKE MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS, We received a collection letter 18 months after their test for the amount of $299.00 but they never tried reaching out to us before. When we tried reaching out to them trying to to figure out what the issue was telling then that we have insurance they blamed it on a wrong date of birth which we confirmed that they did have my right date of birth. Don't bother with the Harmony. Make sure your doctor is aware that you don't want to take the Harmony. Some doctors have an agreement with Ariosa to promote the test. Be aware - opt for another test if you even bother with genetic testing at all. Not worth $299 to find out the gender early.
My doctor sent blood samples here and then months later received huge charges that insurance doesn't even cover. Scam. Do not do any tests for the harmony test just do stage 2 ultra sound.
