If it weren't for the staff I may give this a few more stars but the staff and the system are not great. The staff is rude. I have been hung up on many times. I also have not been getting any of my confirmation calls and the receptionist insisted I mark it on my calander. Well, I did mark it on my calander and unfortunately there is the possibility I made a mistake. The receptionist who takes in scheduling appointment on Sept 7, 2022 at 1:10PM was very rude. Very fixed in her way and would not even consider scheduling a tentative blood test appointment unless it was okayed by the doctor. Wanted me to call back again to chase after the administrative staff. This is despite that I told her that scheduling a blood test appoint was done before. Her attitude is spiteful. Very unfriendly.

Ive had a great experience with Dr nealis and his staff up until they moved from route 22 to route 28. Dr nealis and his staff always refilled any medication I need, from ointments to antibiotics-- no problem. I call the new office today for a refill of an antibiotic for a uti--- I worked at an urology office for a decade so I know quite a bit regarding utis-- anyways i call up the office and speak with Irene.
