Ordered a big sectional on Jan 31st from their rapid ship program “in stock” item as moved to a new house and had my husband’s 50th birthday party planned. Was guaranteed 2-3 week lead time per contract, confirmed several times before order. 6 weeks later they tell me it has not been even shipped yet. I was so upset.
