I booked an appointment with the doctor for 3:30 about my wisdom teeth removal. I get off work at 3 pm but the doctor is only in once a month, I was nervous to make the appointment for this month but the dentist reassured me that I could just call and let them know I am running late. The receptionist or whoever answers the phone is RUDE and disrespectful. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and mid sentence SHE hung up and refused to answer the phone when i called back several times. My daughter will not be going to this horrible facility. They deserve zero stars
Not sure why these “Doctors” don’t feel the need to provide proper services to people I. The black community. The service in this facility is HORRIFIC! No one should be subjected to such treatment, from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave is just a huge disappointment. ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever seen. The person who answer the phone is a horrible person with a horrible attitude. Someday this person will get you in legal issues. She is so annoying! Management should train their staff. So baaaad.
