Online they sell fake bags and try to say they are “authentic”, plus it was damaged.
I took a 14k gold chain in to this shop and I weighted it before I took it , it weighted 10 grams then I left it in the shop so it would get fixed( the hook would not work) and when I picked it up I took it home and weighted it and it was now 9 grams he took a whole gram out of the chain and replaced the hook with a smaller and more fragile one!!!
