This doctor is a great doctor. He’s been my doctor for years. Staff has been great to me. Everyone there is super nice especially the person I spoke to this morning by the name of Kaitlyn I believe I’m not sure but she is the best Office worker/nurse I’ve ever encountered. She literally cares about the patients. She does remind calls and that’s so awesome of her. Thank you for hiring this person she’s amazing. Love this person
Dr .Rocha isnt professional at all very disrespectful. Yelled at me after him and his staff failed to help me with doctor and medical supplies being approved . I had stroke on August 9th and cervical spine surgery on august 12 . Doctor failed to help me get referrals needed and approvals for me temporarily not working. I cant walk and in a wheelchair . They never let me know that their insurance changed and no longer would be taking my insurance. They are now Well Med. They are so unorganizedand very rude. I wouldnt recommen... read more
Staff assured me that they accept my insurance.. made an appointment August 4th, mind you not I couldn't go to the appointment without my insurance card. It finally came in the mail 2wks later.. I call to make an appointment and staff tell me they are not accepting new patients....
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Stay away from this doctor. If you or your loved one has a serious disease, stay away from this clinic. For two years, this doctor did nothing and provided no referrals for my mother. We waited two years with the constant excuse of “Covid”. It’s understandable back in 2020, but it’s 2022 and it was just an excuse. Either it was him or his staff is just really lazy. Our new doctor got her referrals for all the specialists we needed in one day. We found out that she is in active heart failure... read more
