It has been a pleasure working with Roch for the purchase of my first home with my spouse. Buying a home is never easy with all the paperwork and guidelines to follow, but Roch made the process simple. He not only provided us with resources to make informed decisions but also offered recommendations for other services we needed during the purchasing process. We never felt like we were on our own with Roch. If you’re looking for a simple and comfortable home-buying experience, Roch is the realtor for you.
In the past year, Roch has generously provided me with his depth knowledge around property management, Vanier real estate and legal limitations around investment properties. I'm not even a client yet. I value honesty, knowledge, professionalism, responsivess and excellent communication skills. He's one of those rare types and I strongly recommend him.
We had a great experience working with Roch to purchase our new home. He was very patient and always took the time to explain things thoroughly, which helped us better understand each property we visited. Roch is very knowledgeable about the market, and his advice and recommendations were always thoughtful and practical. We really appreciated his professionalism and guidance throughout the process. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Ottawa.
Roch has been such a blessing throughout our condo purchase. He supported us at every step with patience, honesty, and genuine care. We always felt we were in good hands, and he made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring. We’re truly grateful for everything he did for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a home.
