Very unprofessional. Called him to come and look at a job. Call went to voicemail. Left message and callback number. He called me a day later but I get it everyone is busy. Set up a date and time to look at leak. He looked at it but was uncertain where it was coming from. Said my roof looked new but is really ten years old. Even had him look at a neighbor who had a problem. Left and said he would give us quotes. A week passed and called to ask for the estimate and never heard back. Unfortunately they don’t re-waterproof back walls directly but they do have another contractor they hire for that. They were kind enough to give us his info. Thank you
