Great Service – Rocco Rose has been around for many years. I can say first hand that they are very professional and have a great customer service office. They are quick to get what you need and have answers to any questions. I save money by combining my car and house insurance :) I would recommend them to anyone in need of insurance.
Customer service -processing needs a lot of work – Senior citizen with policy for over 12yrs had a recent change in coverage for some reason the processing department did not update the policy with correct information. which resulted in multi cars on policy and wrong premium being charged. it seems that the target elderly persons with added coverage that is not needed.
