I received by your stylist Luis on 2/6, for a cut and highlights. I don’t know if this guy is on drugs, but I do know he has a major listening problem. I have never in all of my years had a stylist completely ignore me. I was so disgusted by the color he turned my hair I left in the middle of my cut I couldn’t be around him for another moment. Terrible experience - my hair is so thin and so damaged now! My hairdresser said he has 20 years experience and I trusted him! He did the wrong colours in the first day highlight and hair colour and turned me to a brunette! I payed close to 800$ - then I came back to him to explain that was not at all what I wanted! That I want to keep my ombré effect and not be brunette like he did, i thought I explained myself well! I even showed him a photo of my hair before I came to him. I go here for years to see Tina for my manicure and pedicure and she always does an amazing job! Add the stone stone massage to your pedicure! And last week I cut the hair with Marcelo here and he did exactly what I asked for and was very attentive plus gave me some recommendations. I thought it would be expensive, because it in the beautiful hotel, but the price was very very good! I will definitely come back to him for my haircut.
