We were extremely disappointed with our experience. While the document signing itself was simple, everything that followed was a frustrating ordeal. We even paid to close early, yet the process dragged on and ended up finishing later than the original proposed date due to poor communication and a lack of urgency. Jaime was unresponsive throughout the process and showed little initiative in getting the final documents submitted to the county on time.
