Excellent customer service!
This is the second time my wife and I have used ROC self storage Ontario and we have been quite pleased both times. The ease of renting a unit online is great, online payment ability is also great with autopay also an option. The added security of the fence surrounding the facility with 24 hour access through is a plus. The only downside is no local office if you'd like to speak to someone face to face.
ROC storage are great to work with. The storage units are clean. Many improvements to the grounds.
Use caution when using this facility, there was snow coming into our storage until, weather stripping was damaged. They told me nothing could be done and to file a claim on the insurance, of course the insurance doesn't cover it. Poorly maintained and "management" doesn't contact you in a timely manner.
The facility is secure, accessible, and well maintained. The office staff are personable, professional, and responsive. The rent is reasonable, and autopay is convenient and secure.
