I have used this storage for a while. It is safe and the yard is clean. The storage is clean and dry.
My only issue is the water and moisture in the unit.Would love to move to a outside unit .
Unit leaks water from roof and has a lot of moisture. So no fabric of any kind should be stored here. Bikes and things that can handle moisture are the only items you should store. Definitely no furniture, golf bags etc. Card board boxes should be off the floor and covered with plastic... no guarantees mold won't grow on cardboard as well. But the rates are the cheapest I've seen.
The agent was very helpful to it was super easy to set everything up over a single phone call!
ZERO STARS. I have never written a Google review, but our experience was so bad I feel obligated to share to warn any future renters. My boyfriend and I had been renting a storage unit at the Henrietta location for years with seemingly no issue. When we tried to get our stuff out Sunday, we showed up at our unit to find a different lock on it. We tried to call but they are closed Sundays, so we called Monday.
