Bad experience. These units need air circulation. The condensation was very bad. Entire floor soaking wet. Our losses would have been very high if we hadn’t taken proper precautions. Just lost a butcher block island. Warped wood and lot of mold. I would not recommend.
My boyfriend stored his belongings here during the RIT school while he lived on campus. After the semester finished we opened the unit... full of water, mold and mice. He lost everything. The manager John was unresponsive, and when he finally made contact he was rude and even expressed how much he hates working for the company.
The facility is very dirty and I can barely get my latch to work to get in and out. You made me give you proof of insurance on 2 separate occasions due to a training issue. I’m using your facility due to convenience of location only.
Great storage facility! Very helpful.
I have used this storage for a while. It is safe and the yard is clean. The storage is clean and dry.
