This management owner lies. She will try to make you sign and lease and hope that you don't read it and even if you do she will change her mind if she pleases, about any agreement you make with her. They will not respond to needed repairs or will send someone to do shotty work. My advise RUN!!!!!!!!!!
NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR Biggest scam artist and story teller!!! Held my rents for over a year, charged for repairs that were never completed, claimed she took care of violations that were not resulting in fines being doubled. Served Lynne with a lawsuit for over 20K and she never showed to court. I filed with the IRS because she gave me tax documents showing that I collected that amount in rent. Terrible experience. Very unresponsive, hold back information on what is going on at the properties, sharing income and expense data was far and apart and sometimes did not happen at all. We changed management companies because of the above and now ROC has kept all the money and we are left with a big loss. Their motto: "We treat your property like ours" is very much true - they kept all the money.
