I am highly agitated as of now I have been charged 3 times for special assessments and no explanation of why or what they're for. I have asked several times for this information with the same results, my payments. I own my home and do it on my own. I can't afford $225.00 extra in my budget because they feel like charging me. I should have knowledge before hand to be able to prepare, and if I can't afford I get late fee on something I had no idea was coming. July and now September???? Really????
