I am an owner of a rental property in Rochester, NY. I had been using ROC Property Management as a property management company for the last 5.5 years. I have two main concerns about ROC. 1) Communication: During the last 3 years I had tried numerous times to get ROC to return my calls and e-mails. I feel most of my attempts to contact them were ignored. If I had a question or a concern I called ROC. I would almost always get voice mail and I would leave a message. This business really deserves no stars. The staff is careless, and unprofessional. Very shoddy work, rude and crude. I would not recommend anyone to rent from them or use them as a property management company unless you just don't care and have values.
