They never got my toes right. They were always cut crooked and barely painted. The worst part was catching planters warts all over my left foot that are very painful and have to be frozen off numerous times. I called and left a message and Lena never returned my call. Beyond disappointed after being a good loyal customer.
Very scammy, I went for an over lay with regular polish. It’s always 35. Today it was 55 and they said they charge 55 for polish. I got regular polish. Wouldn’t recommend and it’s the last dime they’ll get from me
TERRIBLE AND THE ONE STAR IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Went for a simple manicure. Not only was the paint job terrible my nerve under my cuticles were damaged, due to be nicked multiple times now I lost feeling in two on my right fingers. My doctor advised me the provider wasn’t trained. The customer service was great I must say but will not be coming back I will continue to stick with QT nails.
