For at least five years I have told myself “you’re going to get in shape by your next birthday” and every year I have failed to do anything about it. Amazing results, great trainers! – It was new years, and I was determined. I wasn't sure what to expect when I visited the facility, but was immediately impressed by the professionalism and enthusiasim of the staff. Rob and Davie not only provided the personal training, but helped to establish a nutrion program that got results. In 11 weeks, I've managed to drop 37 pounds!
