I have benn going to Roby's for 15 years or better. I trust John and his mechanics with all my automotive needs but more especially front end and brakes. They are the best around!
Took my vehicle for an alignment and it was WAY worst when I got it back. And they went on about it was done correctly per their $50k machines. $90 down the drain. Took it to gateway Ridgeland was told they didn't do it correctly. After I left GATEWAY it was much more straight. Robys is a sorry business and will never recommend anyone or go back! Thanks for the waste!!
I'm sure the alignmemt was done correctly, but I had wanted to ask the technician a few questions about my vehicle but was totally blown off. I wanted to know how my brakes looked, whether the alignment was far off to begin with among other things, but the technician completely ignored me. I'm thinking I'll go elsewhere next time.
They are always so nice, and the cheapest in town! Mrs. Roby is awesome! I would recommend this to anyone!
