Robynwood apartment homes is a quiet little complex. It’s on USM campus and a easy walk to everything you need. SVN/Southgate Realty is a great company to work with.
Very quiet place to live and very close to USM. I like that I don't have to drive and find parking on USM, all I have to do is walk next door to the design building and be in class in 1 minute. The laundry room is small but always clean working. My manager Elaine is sweet and kind and always happy to help with anything that she can help with.
The best place I've ever lived and my very first apartment! Very quiet. Right across the street from the theater department at USM.
