Robyn sold two homes for me over the last few months. Both were sold over the asking price. I can't express how grateful I am for her thoughtful and professional counsel. The first house she sold required her to work with five individual sellers and she handled that with finesse and grace. She is a seasoned negotiator and highly knowledgable about the real estate market. Good humored and direct but kind. Wouldn't use anyone else!
