I've seen Robyn 3 times, and I caution anyone against seeing her. She is what I would consider "competent" at best. She has a habit of practicing defensive medicine, and instead of taking the initiative to actively manage and treat conditions commonly managed by a pcp, she prefers to refer her patients out to specialists. I get the distinct impression that she's doing the bare minimum and really isn't suited to providing more than the most basic care. I brought my toddler in expecting patience and care, but instead I left feeling upset and disappointed. As a father, it was distressing to see my child become frightened due to the harsh tone and lack of kindness shown during the visit by Robyn Helkowski. When you seek help for a young child, you seek gentle treatment, not a horrible experience.

I was seen by Robyn Helkowski about four months ago, and I will never come back. Watching how she treated my daughter was heartbreaking, as she spoke to her in a rude and insulting way that made her feel foolish. At my age, I believe people seeking help deserve kindness and respect, and we received neither.

Robyn is such a gentle and sincere person. She genuinely listens to your concerns. So glad to have found her!
