Second time using Roby Electric, and we have been pleased both times. During this visit, we needed two ceiling fans installed—one replacing a light fixture, second replacing a fan no longer working. The electrician, Antwuan (I apologize if misspelled), determined the den fan did not need to be replaced, only the remote transmitter had died. We elected to just remove the transmitter and do without the remote. He could have just installed a new fan, thus increasing the amount we would owe.
