I love Dr Robusto and his staff. He takes his time explaining your condition.very compassionate.His staff is very friendly and professional.wouldnt go anywhere else.
I have not been a patient there for very long. I am very disappointed that when I called for an appointment today I asked specific questions about last visit and bloodwork and got a response of I don't know and are we going to make an appointment or not. Very RUDE ?? I have also been told when I was sick they were completely booked to go to the ER or Minute Clinic. Very poor patient care.
The level of attentiveness and care has decreased, and I've been a patient for many years. My last appointment I asked for some specific blood tests, and what I asked for was not done. After my recent visit for something much more serious, I was dismissed with a prescription for more antibiotics. I will not be going back. Thankfully, I had made and kept an appointment with a specialist who was far more attentive to the condition.
