I love Ronnie! She keeps me motivated, and makes sure that I am staying on my plan! She tailors her plans based on your needs and goals. The group sessions that she host are positive and personable. I would recommend anyone to Ronnie and robust fitness.
Not your average gym! Live, good energy, overall a great experience! I struggled with inconsistency until I met Ronnie and this group of motivating women! Very supportive trainer and team!
Ronnie is the best! She holds me accountable, and tailors my workout regimen and meal plan to my specific needs! She pushes me beyond where I ever thought I could go, and makes sure that we take good care of ourselves. She provides a clean, safe, environment for us to work out, and she even challenges my children to be active when I bring them along! I would totally recommend her to anyone who is serious about changing their lifestyle and body!
