The food is typically pretty good! I enjoy their sandwiches a lot, as they are always warm and fresh. The drinks and atmosphere are where things start to get not-so-great. They use a pre-mixed matcha and sweetener mix, which is of a really low grade. I wasn’t aware of this, and found out the hard way when I asked for an unsweetened matcha latte with oat milk.
