This business has horrible customer service skills and communication to their patients. After scheduling a consult and meeting with the Dr. Knibbe to have my daughters wisdom teeth removed they told me that they would only accept my Insurance for another week! Call me crazy but perhaps that is something that should have told me beforehand. As a result I had to then schedule a consult with another doctor and pay a consult fee to them and drive back to their office get my daughters xrays and take them to the new Dr's office. I drove my wife here to see Dr.R.Lucas and she really liked all of the staff and the Doctor. I would recommend this doctor and staff.
