I am very happy with Linda Ortiz, NP. It is the first time in a very long time that I feel cared for. Several doctors refused to see me because I have "complex medical issues". Linda talked with me about my medical issues instead of turning me away. She called me to make sure she had the correct dosage for one of my prescriptions. She scheduled a physical exam for me, shocking, since it has been years since any medical professional suggested a physical. I have many prescriptions and she called in refills within 24 hours.
Staff friendly,and nurse practitioner very attentive.
My primary care physician doesn't even have time to call in my prescription and I have to go back again and again until it's there!
I like this place..I first came in 1995....1 nurse is still there. It was good to see a familiar face after so long....clinic is very calm...Dr.Ortiz is good also...
