Horrible. Don't even bother.
Our HOA neighborhood (Tucson Village in Broken Arrow) switched to Robson Property Management in September 2025 and have been more than pleased with their professionalism, organization, transparency, and guidance as the new board of directors of our neighborhood. Highly recommend and a special thanks to our Property Manager, Sheri Hawkins - she is incredibly helpful and has so many resources for our benefit!
My construction has been working with Anita Inman at RPM and she has been amazing for our time to work with. We are looking forward to our continued collaboration.
Anita hung up on me for call and asking clarification on the language of the rule for my neighborhood. I called back and was told everyone is now in a meeting.
