An absolute pain to try and get anything done. Interprets the cc&rs however they see fit. Everything goes through a middle man. Can’t talk or present anything to the people behind the scenes pulling the strings. 10/10 would not ever use, if I could give 0 stars I would.
I have sent multiple emails to this company sent they took over as the property management. No reply was ever received. I understand from other owners this is not uncommon for them. As well as closing tickets for repairs that were never completed. No local on site phone number is available. They assessed us thousands and raised monthly fees 10% for next year. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT buy a house that is being managed by Robson. They are a JOKE and HYPOCRITES!! Part of our dues are meant to maintain our front entrance yet we constantly have weeds growing and overtaking our Neighborhood Sign. I have brought this up to Robson anytime they send me a violation. We have been violated for parking in our driveway for a few hours while we were moving stuff. This company was previously fired by the HOA board and we can all see why. I had been sending in checks to whatever address we were given at closing and with no communication, no phone calls, no legitimate attempt to contact me, sends me to collections who in turn put a lien on our property without following legal guidelines to do so.
