As one of the best property management companies in Eastern Oklahoma, I would recommend this organization to anyone. Robson Property Management has been a deeply disappointing experience for our HOA, marked by serious accounting deficiencies and persistent communication failures. On the financial side, Robson does not track Accounts Payable (AP) — a fundamental requirement of sound accounting practice and GAAP compliance. As a resident of Central Park, living under the direct management of Robson Management Company, I can tell you, run (or sell) if they take over your HOA. The experience has been miserable. Failed project after project (they seemingly never start, and when they do, then they seem to never end). Rising costs, rude personnel, complete lack of communication and transparency. This is the 5th HOA I have experienced, and it was by far the worst! Can we give less stars? If I could, I would!
