Would give zero stars if I could. They don't return phone calls. If you are lucky enough to get a person to answer the phone, they pacify you on the phone with answers that are canned and nothing gets done. If I could give zero stars, I would. I live in a new neighborhood in Pea Ridge, AR and when our neighborhood was turned over to the management company, there was no communication. When I called to ask about finacial allocations, I was brushed off without an ETA. I asked about closing our pool properly, and again, brushed off. We have things broken in the neighborhood that there is no ETA on.
