Review after I moved in. This house is truly beautiful, with great design and quality. I still love it, and it’s a wonderful place to live. However, small issues persist—and while I can tolerate them, the worst part has been dealing with the builder’s customer service. I never expected that after spending $3.5M on a home, I would have to argue, be misled, and even be accused just to get basic issues addressed.
