I’m not sure where the problem lies. But I am a new patient. I understand completely and totally the three++ month wait for an appointment. After this review response was within 1 hour so grateful for First Lady that called she gave Customer Service with kindness. Second call came 10 minutes later. Good to get response. I understand that emergencies arise, and that the two hour wait in the waiting room day of the appointment. None of that upsets me. This is the second time I went to this practice for my yearly check up, wait time was even longer and worse than the first time I went. I spend 3 hours waiting . It’s crowded in the small waiting area, stuffy, unhealthy . Everyone in the waiting area look unhappy about the waiting time which probably occur every day. Office need more organization in scheduling. I spent several hours of my afternoon to see the doctor. Who comes in after extra waiting time I have to do. He checks my eye in less than 2 minutes. Took a relative to the Belcher office It was overcrowded waiting room with mostly elderly folks. The wait time was long due to backlog. The entrance was cluttered with items that could impede folks with walking devices. Clients name were called with little regard to who their customers are. The outside path was dirty. Wait times are pathetic! ALWAYS a very full waiting room and most people are waiting at least an hour and a half. Every time I have been here (and this will be the last time) people are openly disgusted with their wait time. Clearly it’s for the insurance money. I understand later appointments falling behind towards the end of the day but this is every single time no matter what hour I am here. And good luck if they even have your appointment in their system. There always seems to be “problems with their scheduling system”
