This is my second time posting and my third attempt to get cataract surgery at Robson Eye Institute (only because I am told I am "assigned" to them). Makes no sense. Three strikes and you're out. Humana is aware of all of the lost time and aggravation I have experienced with this place. If you're not happy with the run around, let your insurance know. In my case, it's Humana. They must have more business than they need to have such a cavalier attitude towards their patients.
6/19/2026- My most recent appointment at Robson Eye Clinic. I still see many negative reviews mostly regarding Office Management. I’m switching to Palm Harbor Office because it’s very close to my home, Dunedin. But not before I leave a very complimentary review about Dr.s Shiella Pabon & Dr. Carey Rowen. Both provided me excellent treatment & almost similar in that both addressed & completed my cycle of presenting problems from beginning assessment to completion.
