This company is by far the worst eye program that Humana has. I have been going here for about 5 years now and am on my 3rd eye doctor. The doctor that does their surgery only works 1 day a week (Friday) because his practice doesn't take Humana and Robson can't find a surgeon that will stay with them. They leave because of pay and Very Poor customer service. I had my lens on my right eye replaced on February 3rd. Went very well. can see very clearly out of that eye. The service and staff were excellent. My complaint is that I was to also have my left eye lens replaced on Febuary 17th. I received and paid for the medication before the 2nd surgery. I received a message on the 11th telling me that my surgery was to be rescheled. I called a few times but no one has gotten back to me and now it's April 1st. What gives? Sadly my former Dr Mines from Bay Area Retina, retired around Christmas, and Robson bought Bay Area. I think I see the connection now. I had an appointment scheduled for December 14th with Dr. Mines. I texted A text about my upcoming appointment on December 16th. I had received no notice that Bay Area retina had been acquired by Robson nor was I told that Dr. Mines had retired and that I would be being sent to a Robson doctor in downtown Clearwater.
