Our interaction started off great, with a prompt visit to our house to see what materials were needed for a shower remodel project. Rob came by, wasn’t able to find the water shutoff valve (which our neighbor found in 5 minutes later in the day) and left, promising to return. Not only has he not returned, but after I called he gave me TWO DIFFERENT specific times that he’d come by. He never came. He never called. When I called he said there was “nothing he could do about it”. Unacceptable. Two no call no shows, no excuses.
I called Rob in the morning and he picked up right away which was not the usual in the world of plumbers. He was understanding of the situation and said said he would come over after he was done with his regular work at 5pm which was already booked and an hour away. He did everything he said he said would do and arrived promptly as scheduled. We had a busted pipe in the kitchen he had it working in no time even with a crawl or two under the house.
