Staff are always friendly and helpful. Both self-check out, cashier and/or online order is consistently easy. Wide range of products cover so much of my regular and day to day grocery needs. Thanks
Not allowed to go through self check out with a cart and told I could not put cart away and then go through as "new policy" did not allow this. - I had to stand in long lineup to go through cashier - even though I only had a few items - self checkout attendant was very rude - will NOT be back...
Customer service is big to me. You take care of your customers and they will take care of you. This is the reason for the 1 star rating. As a customer below is unacceptable to me.
