Rob's Lawn & Garden Equipment picked up my riding mower for repair in 8/2023. This review is 6/2024. When I call about it, ----- has given me a variety of excuses for TEN months now. His latest is they are swamped, and leave them alone and they'll work on it. My opinion is ***'s *************** is irresponsible about getting repairs done, and they shouldn't have ----- talking to customers.
Rob was extremely busy but he was able to find time to help me hook up the trailer I rented to my truck. He was extremely polite and professional. I over heard 2 local customers speaking about how honest and helpful Rob is at all times. I will be returning to Rob's Lawn and Garden Equipment.
