Long story short most ford eco boost engines need cam phasers replaced because of a factory defect. Every shop I called I found my self explaining the situation and the shop not understanding what was going. Called Robs garage and 10 seconds into the call they already knew what issue I was having and said they fixed a lot of these engine which made me feel relieved! I had a stuck spark plug that the BMW dealership told me they couldn’t get out. The BMW dealership told me it would cost over $26,000 to replace the cylinder head on 2016 BMW X5. I told them the car isn’t worth that! I called Rob’s garage. They told me to to bring the vehicle to them and they couldn’t make any promises and it would take a few days. Great Guys And Even better Mechanics
I want to thank Rob in his team for working on my truck. I am the kind of person who likes to work on vehicles myself. I am also very particular about shops that I take my vehicles to. I drive 2 hours to get my BMW oil changed to put it in perspective. I had the vehicle towed to his lot. They diagnosed the issue immediately and ordered and replaced the parts.
