I had a portion of my frame welded and the work was done well and properly. My experience otherwise was negative. The timeframe kept getting extended (ok no big deal. I even drove an hour there and hour home just to find out it wasn’t done when it was supposed to be. That wasn’t enough to cause a bad experience). My Durango Savior!! Thank You Rob!! I was told by a Rick’s auto bodyshop, in Warrenton, that my Durango was a rust bucket nightmare and that it would be total toast and wouldn’t pass inspection in another year! I took it to Rob, when he was in Manassas and his technician sanded the undercarriage, treated it, and coated it in 10X undercoating. Wow!! 3 years ago and it still looks perfect!! I have my Company Van which happens to be a classic as is my Durango, and Rob is fixing some body rusted panels on it. Can’t wait to get i... read more

Rob’s a nice guy to meet. Unfortunately, I have the same story. 3 years, ready every 2 weeks(tom Hank’s movie joke). The basic repair was done at 3x our agreed price. Sadly, The vehicle was basically looted and everything of value stolen. Hopefully, this shop gets back to basics and takes on less jobs and more customer focused. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop unless you have your lawyer draw up a legal contract. I do wish rob the best but he is in my rear view mirror as a life lesson to not make the same mistake ... read more
