Rob repaired an area of carpet that was ruined by a pet. Repair would be 100% undetectable except for the sun fade of the original carpet. Rob is very professional, returned my call very quickly and showed up on-time for our appointment. Rob's 30+ years of experience was present as I watched him work. Rob is a skilled craftsman. I will certainly use Rob in the future and recommend him to my friends and family.
Rob was prompt and quite professional. The best part was the way my carpet looked once he was done. It looks so fantastic and it looks the way it did when it was first down with no more waves in it. I highly recommend his work!

Rob stretched our family room and our master closet's carpet. He was on time, confirmed the appointment the day before, and did a great job. I do recommend that you give him the dimensions of the room's carpet, as that helps him plan his time. We recommend him and will use him again, if the need arises.
Rob was responsive and professional. Carpet repair was flawless. Definitely would recommend for future carpet repairs.
